Our Story

Meet Phat Tan Huynh and Van Anh Thi Nguyen—a powerhouse couple with deep roots in hospitality and a heart for flavor, culture, and community.
Phat grew up in a family-run seafood restaurant in Vietnam, where he learned that great food brings people together. After moving to the U.S., he and Van built multiple thriving businesses, always with people at the center.
In 2025, they took a leap of faith in Texas, acquiring and transforming a beloved Katy spot into Crabsark Crawfish Seafood & Grill.
What started as a dream is now a vibrant destination known for bold Southern flavors, warm hospitality, and a whole lot of heart.
